Care to Act Now Institute is an educational and research non-profit corporation founded by Doctor Janice D. Toney, CEO, a visionary leader, award-winning author, and nationally respected educator. The purpose of the institute is to educate, empower, and equip frontline leaders in education, law enforcement, corporations, and communities to save lives,  reduce violence, prevent  economic loss, avoid school disruption, and decrease intergenerational poverty through certified trainings, workshops, consultations, and advocacy programs that address bullying, trauma, mental health, and social-emotional development.Backed by a Doctorate in Organizational Leadership, with over 40 years of experience, Dr. Toney equips frontline professionals with tools that educate, empower, intervene and transform.
